NAMPU — Namibian Media Workers Pay & Conditions Survey

About this survey

The Namibia Media Professionals Union (NAMPU) is gathering data on what media workers in Namibia actually earn, the contracts they work under, and the conditions they work in — including freelancers, photographers, broadcast technicians, distribution and circulation staff, and editorial teams across print, broadcast and digital.

Your responses are anonymous by default. Name and email are optional and only used if you opt in to follow-up. The survey takes about 8–12 minutes. You can save and resume on the same device.

All currency values are in Namibian Dollars (N$).
